Everyone starts equally bad at surfing, which is exactly why it works: the intern coaches the CEO onto a wave and the whole hierarchy dissolves for an afternoon. How big can a group be?
From a crew of mates to full corporate days. Team days start from $45 pp, and with beaches from Northland to Canterbury we scale from 6 to 100 plus.
What does a corporate day look like?
Coached surfing in ability split squads, beach games and ocean skills, with catering and venue options at Te Arai or Mangawhai. Fonterra, Lululemon, Lion and Snowplanet have all paddled out with us.
Can groups stay overnight?
Yes. Group retreats run at the Te Arai Eco Pods and Mangawhai Surf Lodge, with kitchens, BBQs and the whole venue bookable for your crew.
Where can group days run?
Any of our beaches from Northland to Canterbury, plus custom trips to the far north: Ahipara, Taupo Bay and Matauri for private groups.
