Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed on payment (or the stated deposit for camps). Prices are in NZD and include GST.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Day programs and lessons: 5 days notice for a full refund, or reschedule free of charge.

Camps and tours (Youth Surf Camp, Surf Tours, Womens Wellness Retreat): 21 or more days before departure for a full refund or free reschedule; 7 or more days before departure for a free reschedule. Ultimate Surf Camp: 30 or more days for the full refund or free reschedule; 7 or more days for a free reschedule.

Surf & Stay: 14 or more days before your booking: reschedule or refund. Under 14 days: reschedule or a 12 month credit. Under 7 days: no refund. Bookings between 20 December and 20 January are non-refundable. Refunds carry an administration fee of 10% or $50, whichever is greater.

Weather and safety

Surf conditions rule everything. If conditions are unsafe we move sessions, change beaches or reschedule, and our instructors' safety calls are final. Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and follow instructor directions in the water.
