surfcamps.co.nz is operated by Aotearoa Surf. We collect the information you give us when you book or enquire (name, contact details, participant ages and relevant medical notes) and use it only to run your booking safely and communicate with you about it.

Bookings are processed by our booking partners (FareHarbor, Bookinglayer and our WooCommerce store on aotearoasurf.co.nz), each under their own privacy terms. We never sell your information.

We use analytics (PostHog and Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used; this data is aggregated and not used to identify you. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

To access, correct or delete your information, email surf@aotearoasurf.co.nz. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
